Cartographies of the unfixed.

These works started in the year 2023. With a spiral wire from an old art book. My current work pulses with tension of reconfiguration-gestures that speak from the in between. these forms do not resolve the morph, curl, and loop lile rhizomes beneath a scorched surface, refusing hierarchy. There are not symbols, but sensations emotional cartographies drawn from a body learning how to grieve without collapsing.

I am focusing on raw materials like paper, wire, charcoal, and pastels, exploring light, medium tones, and the deep spaces between lines in observational drawings and tracing. My practice is a meditative response to the uncertainties and complexities of everyday life, embracing both presence and absence.

There is a quiet war happening, soft edges scraping agains thick line, blue orbs and ochre veins circulating new rhythms, as if the nervous system itself were being rewired. a terrain fragmented, shifting, unfaithful to any fixed center.

With the wire collections I am interesting in outlining tracing the structures of my translated emotions, its capability and its no forms. whaT lies beneath the lines? always looking at the pheriferies.
